CANCELLATION POLICY - Advance written notice prior to arrival is required to assure refund of
deposit as follows: THIRTY DAYS for reservations of less than one month
stay. SIXTY DAYS for reservations of 1 to 2 months
stay. NINETY DAYS for reservations of 2 1/2 months or
longer. If you are forced to leave before your scheduled departure date, every
effort will be made to re-rent your accommodations and the recovered balance will be
returned to you. Confirmation will be acknowledged promptly as soon as deposit is
received.
