All rates are single or double occupancy. A charge of $25.00 per night, per person will be added for over two persons per room. All Queen & King beds are custom 16” pillow top mattresses. All rates may be higher during Holidays and Special Events. Rates are subject to change without notice unless deposits or prepayments are made. Reservations: a 50% deposit is required up to 30 days prior to arrival. 30 days or less requires payment in full. Cancellations: A full refund will be issued prior to 30 days notice. 30 days or less, no refund will be issued unless the room is rerented for the same time period. Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted.
